The adventures of one student in the city of Tokyo, Japan. The title is taken from a pair of Japanese comic series - "Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei" - literally "Goodbye Mr. Despair". The word "seito" simply means student, so the title basically is "goodbye despairing student". So, we have a student with no despair having the time of his life in another part of the world. Enjoy!
